Rising houses 2021

PhiTau 20 man pc -> moving back up the mids after being stagnant for a couple years
DKE ~20 man pc -> biggest pc for them since coming back to campus, puts them solidly in lower mid
ZPsi ~12 man pc -> good for their tier and sign that they’re regaining respect. Lower tier but moving back up.
ZBT ~20 man pc -> firmly removed from the pig roast era and on the border of upper mid and upper tier
SX ~20 man pc -> undoubtably top house once again, they lost what, 4 rushes to other houses?

I can see it. For frosh who don’t know, SigEp was the top lower mid house a few years ago. They had over 100 members and hosted a lot of solid opens. Unfortunately their house was terrible. Deke’s at least is designed for parties.
