Ignore all that nonsense, it’s just Sammy trying to make Deke look bad. They’re definitely a lower mid frat and well above the lowers (Phi Dry, AEPi, Beta) and the bottoms (KDR, Acacia, ZetaPsi).

I also love how DKE is trying to blame it off on “Sammy”- dude, Sammy is a sad awful house, but at least they have their AEPhi mixers and can get mid-houses to come to their parties...
