Is tonight the most important night?

I went to one event yesterday and I wasn't really prepared... there were too many ppl there. What's popping tn. One of the brothers I know said tn will be the most important night. What can I do to secure a bid tn? I wanna get a bid at Chi Psi or Sigma Pi or some other upper mid/ upper frat.
