Probably not, Sig Chi just likes to act entitled during rush events so they probably assumed everyone would j show up to their zoom afterwards and that's why they didn't try during the presentation. Unfortunately for them, from what I've heard that wasn't the case and they were left very disappointed

most likely its all filled. they dont need to attract anyone, people want to come to them

It is 95% p much set. They honestly dont care about normal rush. Occasionally they will have a new find but there have been times where they simply do not extend bids to non dirty rush kids.
