Upperclassmen still remember when ChiPsi had to give out like 70bids for a 15-person class a couple years. They also lost guys in Fall 2020 rush to DX and Lambda, so ChiPsi could possibly even be bottom of UpperMid.

On the other hand, their spring '20 class was pretty stacked, so they have good rep with sophomores. Also, their enormous house (donated by ChiPsi alumns who own/run the SC Johnson corporation) gives them clout and boosts them a bit in mixing (some core-4 mixers, but definitely not enough to put them in upper imo).

its a debate of what “category” they are, not where they place relative to other houses. u go to an ivy league school u should be able to tell when something is inherently subjective
