Houses with Clean Reps?
by: FroshI’m looking to rush a house around upper mid (would be fine w c4 mids tho) and a couple of upper houses. With all the talk abt houses being “creepy” etc, I was just wondering if there are any relevant houses that are generally well-respected, with solid reps and without that kind of baggage? I like to throw down so overall I’m just looking for fratty/rowdy houses that aren’t problematic.

Given those desires- rush the following
None of the top/uppers have clean reps. You are probably fine just sticking with upper mid/c4 mid.
Would diversify a bit and rush two different types of houses.
Softer/Rep houses
DX - soft, don't throwdown that hard anymore but have a very solid rep. Steadily growing their rep back after being top house 6-7 years ago
Phi Tau - also soft, dont throwdown hard, known to be the safest relevant house and the one with little to no scandals, have a very strong and close brohood
Throwdown
Lambda - another house regaining their former rep as an upper house, diverse, throwdown, safe and clean rep
Pike - c4mid, large brohood, throwdown often, very safe for girls, generally clean image, but have a fractured brohood.

Wouldn’t say none of the upper houses have good reps. I don’t think chi phi, chi psi, and Sig chi are problematic, could possibly add Sig phi in there too

^chiphi and chipsi are uppermid
only house in upper/top that has a clean rep is sigphi because they're mostly nice/soft prep-boys.
