Ranked by who gets preference from fraternities when planning social calendars.

TOP: They can mix with whoever they want whenever they want. Only slight differentiation between DG/Kappa and APhi-- but most houses (except Sig Pi) will choose DG/Kappa over APhi.

UPPER: These houses get special preference of most upper/upper-mid frats, or have close relations with one or more top frats.

MID: These are the top of the mid-zone. They can mix with any mid (and some upper-mid) frats that they want, and have priority in their social sphere.

LOWER: They mix with more or less the same few houses that they're close with, have strong relations with one or two each that will give them preference.
