Not too sure for srats but am assuming it is probably same as it is for frats. Getting people who are from the same towns/cities/prep schools/private schools who they think are cool. So for C4, probably a lot of NYC/LI/Westchester girls who went to schools like Scarsdale, Chapin, Columbia Grammar and other wealthy areas in the country like Miami or LA.

when you say reach out does that mean just chatting them up? like i would think it weird to catch a bite with someone who just happens to be in the strat u want in. but yeah no that makes sense ty

nah when I say reach out, I mean like you are just gonna have to form those connections yourselves if say you join a club sport with certain people and get them to like you/want you in their frat/sorority. Its not like hitting them up and getting a coffee chat or something.
