Differences between top houses?

How do upper houses (SigChi, DU, AD, SigPhi, SigPhi, ChiPsi, etc.) differ in terms of the types of brothers and overall vibe?

first of all, never put chi psi int he same category as those other houses lmao. chi psi keeps trying waaaay too hard to be an 'upper' house. Chi Psi is closer to Chi Phi/DX level than those houses

I mean aren't DX and Chi Phi upper houses as well, if not top houses like SX/DU/SigPhi/AD etc.?
