Aight enough bickering. Here's the ultimate 2021 frat ranks. No specific ranks within tiers. Stop arguing over whether DX or Chi Psi or Lambda are better THEY'RE ALL UPPER MID IT DOESN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Elite:
SX/DU/SigPhi

Upper:
SigPi/AD

Upper Mid:
ChiPsi/ChiPhi/DX/Lambda/TDX/ZBT

Mid:
Pike/PiKapp/PhiTau/PSK

Lower Mid:
Sammy/KSig/DKE

Lower:
AGR/PhiDry/AEPi/Beta/DTD/Zete

Bottom:
S&S/Rockledge/TKE/KDR/Acacia/SCD/ALM/AZ

lmaoo. ZBT is not on par with any of those houses. No one is going to accept a ZBT bid over a Chi Psi/Chi Phi/DX/Lambda bid. And within these 4 houses, its pretty subjective in terms of which is better.
