Frats on Frats on Frats

Top/Elite
SX, SigPhi, AD, DU, (PsiU)
They already have their classes set. Maybe you can walk on, but chances are slim.
Upper
(PhiPsi), SigPi, DX, ChiPsi, (Llenroc), Lambda, ChiPhi
Solid step down from top, but somewhat difficult to join and decent reps.
Upper Mid
TDX, ZBT, (Fiji)
Transitional frats between mid and upper. Lack the rep of upper but arguably just as hard to join as upper.
Solid Mid
PiKapp, Pike, PSK, PhiTau
The Core4 of mid. Heavy crossrush and nearly identical mixing schedules. Good reps.
Lower Mid
Sammy, AGR, KSig
Lack the relations of solid mid, but large frats in terms of #s and decent reps on campus. Mixing could be better & parties are hit/miss.
Lower
PhiDry, DKE, AEPi, S&S, Beta, DTD, ZPsi, (TKE), Rockledge
Very shotty relations and reps are so-so. Some are on the rise, but if you're joining lower houses you're probably more interested in the brotherhoods than anything else -- of which they're generally quite strong.
Bottom
KDR, Acacia, ALM, AZ, SCD
These are all effectively specialty frats and don't have any relations. Nothing wrong with that, but don't expect to see your friend in Acacia at the next bigway.
