why is sigma chi "top house"

Just curious why sigma chi is the "undisputed top house"?

they have one of the best physical houses (off campus so they have huge amount of land), top social schedule, and closest brotherhood

What social schedule tho? They’ve been on probation or suspended for a while and only do occasional annex mixers...

tbh, the only thing that really makes them a top house is their close relationships with dg and kappa. if you think those are the top two sororities, then youd probably think this is the top house
