What's the deal with Chi Psi?

Hey guys,
I've been seeing a lot of disagreement about whether chi psi is upper or upper mid? What's the deal with them and are they a solid house? Also, what's their reputation like (what's the overall vibe of the brothers)?

If we’re going off mixing schedule, ChiPsi/DX would both be upper from getting core-4 mixers (though just barely).
If we’re going off of how fun large events are, ChiPsi/ChiPhi do well.
If we’re going off quality of brotherhood, ChiPsi is probably the weakest of the three- evident from the fact they lost rushes to DX and apparently even a couple to Lambda this fall.
Heard their spring ‘20 class is chill, but rest of the house is a mixed bag.

If you’re between houses in a similar tier, just go by fit honestly. Better to be with guys you like for the next four years than to choose a house solely by clout.

I think in a couple years they could potentially be upper. But a lot of people still remember when ChiPsi had to give out like 50+ bids for a 18-man pledge class a couple years ago.
It’s probably sophomores that think ChiPsi is upper, while upperclassmen think ChiPsi is lowkey garbage.

They lost their entire fall pc. Top houses get basically all of the kids they bid

to be fair theybare a pretty mixed bag. every year their average gets better but they still have some weird kids (a lot of strange older kids). the upperclassmen are a bit disrespectful of other houses but they have solid parties and good but improving relations. we’ll see how rush goes but if it goes well they will definitely be solidifying themselves as a relevant house (really just have to work on frat relations to be consensus bottom of upper as of now)

DX’s were triple this semester and chi phi, sig pi, and DU’s were higher. ever heard of venmo dues geed

ChiPsi gets a bad rap because they lowkey deserve it. Kids are arrogant and disrespectful when the only thing good about them is their physical-house. Without their physical house, they’d be TDX tbh.
