nah. Every frat at Cornell has wealth people. Its just that the prevailing culture at specific fraternities varies. Some flaunt wealth and make it the frat's identity, others dont

You’re not going to find too many boarding-school or Manhattan prep-school guys in lowermid frats.
You’ll find rich guys in every house in Mid and above, but wealth really is concentrated at the top,

Sorta spread out (ie- hard to tell which specific individuals are the “super rich” ones)- though the majority of top houses are guys who come from money (boarding school athletes) including SigChi and DU.
It’s just that some houses make money a peace of their vibes/identity while some will emphasize other characteristics during recruitment.

Errr.... not as prominent in sororities simply due to the fact that they’re significantly larger (and thereby can’t be as picky as frats with membership). Though certain sororities do have a higher number of wealthier people (DG and the Westchester girls in SDT)

You’ll find a lot more economic diversity in sororities than in fraternities. Girls want rich guys, but guys want attractive girls (ie- top sororities are usually more focused on recruiting attractive girls than girls who “went to the right prep school” like frats are doing).
Notable exception is DG who had a lot of very wealthy NYC “fashion-model” sorta girls, but idk about their younger classes.
