Trying to be unbiased as possible rankings

Top:
Sig Chi/DU
Sig Phi
(In every list I see either sig chi or DU is top, but never Sig Phi, hence why Sig Chi and DU are interchangeable)

Upper:
Chi Psi/Sig Pi
(Before fall rush Chi Psi had a clear edge over Sig Pi, however after they didn't get anyone to join in fall rush after giving out multiple bids I now have to put them as equal in clout/popularity)

Upper Mid:
DX/Chi Phi
Lambda/TDX
(It is clear that both Chi Phi and DX used to be great houses, but they have been faltering a little as of late and now they struggle to connect with core four. Lambda and TDX have similar vibes and have been consistently upper middle for the last couple of semesters, hence why I can't put one over the other)

Middle:
ZBT
PIKE
PiKapp
Fiji
(Fiji is going to be kicked off soon but, as they haven't been kicked off yet, combined with the fact their most recent PC left them to rush other houses means that they have fallen far. ZBT is at the top of this class as it is rising and will probably do well next semester in terms of rush. PIKE is better than PiKapp)

Can't be asked to do the rest. I haven't included llenroc as it isn't a frat and I haven't included Phi Psi as they don't deserve to be on this list after what happened to Antonio.
