ChiPhi/ChiPsi are like NYU/USC in colleges- great rep/clout, very fun, best option for a lot of people, BUT NOT TOP.

If AD & SigPi do end up dropping, maybe the rankings will look like this next year- but ChiPhi/ChiPsi are NOT top houses at this moment.
