why is dg the top house
by: idkmanall they have "going" for them is wealth and... yeah that's about it. don't understand why everyone puts them on a pedestal. as far as attractiveness goes, there are plenty of other girls in "lower" sororities that are just as attractive.

Welcome to Cornell, where going to board school or a Manhattan private schools means higher status/clout.
The same thing applies for frats likes SigPhi and AD.
To be fair, DG’s older classes have been very attractive (thin “runway” looking brunettes), but idk at all for younger classes.

Correct. Houses here at Cornell and other top colleges are ranked differently from houses at non-Ivy schools. Being from wealthy areas, coming from certain private/boarding schools, and being more “Ivy League” all matter here.

elitism and classism are significantly more important in schools like Cornell and other top-schools. That's why ultra wealthy-houses like SigPhi and AD can be considered top here but basically don't exist in state schools

This matters at Cornell- and the faster people understand this, the faster they’ll understand why both sororities and fraternities are ranked the way they are.
