Delta Chi should stay where they are, but Chi Phi should be top of upper. They've been borderline top for years

DKPsi will have 3 dudes from Phi Psi and a very reluctant group of DKE kids. No way they rise any higher than DKE was last year, if yall think anyone's coming to your parties please rethink your life choices to this point.

Yes probably we will be upper tier fraternity at Cornell University. It is nice to be such great frat. Me and DKE brothers very excited to be brotherhood.

they have way better relations with tri delt/pi phi and don't compete for rushes with any of the solid mid frats. they also don't patrol the website. TDX and them are in the same tier together

Bring it on. Keep ripping on the upper mid frats. The Sammy and pike clowns out there will never move up. The top 15 frats could get dismantled forever and phi tau would still be lower mid lmaooo
