Agree about the parties, but their still nicer, cooler & better looking than DU. It’s really not close if you’ve spent time with both houses

Ya I never understood what makes Sig Chi the “undisputed top house”. Average parties, house in weird location, minimal presence. All they got is their looks?

as someone who's spent time with both, sig chi isn't what it used to be. they're still a good house but du is now more fun and slightly cooler than sig chi. sig chi is a bit nicer though.
