Can Internationals get into top frats

Im a pretty chill guy I guess but just wondering if sig chi and du are as elitist as people make them seem

AD does have a big intl presence. Sig Chi and DU both don't have a huge intl presence but they're there. A lot of upper mid frats (DX, Chi Psi) have a larger amount of internationals.

Sig Phi kinda has a large international group too but usually they’re from American boarding schools
