Each of them has one thing that would make them a top frat. Chi Phi has the athletic "classic frat" vibe, DX has popularity with srats, Chi Psi has a good house and hosts good parties and events (Afroman, Matoma). Together the three would be unstoppable.

Chi Psi has better relations anyway. All DX has is holding onto their their 2012 reputation by a thread. Bad PCs and empty mixers just aint it
