Lower Mid (Mainly mix with mid and lower houses):

Bottom (Exclusively mix with lower/bottom houses):

No. Theta is tier above SDT and SDT is its own tier. And alpha chi is a tier about phi sig bc they are definetely not on the same level. And pi phi, AZD, and DDD are on the same level tbh. They all mix with relatively the same frats.
