Top---
Sig Chi, DU, Sig Phi, Sig Pi, AD
-Mix mainly with C4. Lot's of athletes and wealth. Exclusive parties.
Upper---
Chi Phi, Chi Psi, DX, Llenroc, Lambda, TDX
-Mix mainly with mid tier and sometimes C4. Lot's of athletes and wealth. Less exclusive than the top houses.
Mid---
Fiji, ZBT, Pi Kapp, Phi Sig, Pike, Sammy, DKPsi
-Mix with lower and mid tier. Some athletes and wealth. Known for large open parties and bigways.
Lower---
Phi Tau, Kappa Sig, AGR, Phi Delt, Zeta Psi, AEPi
-Mix mainly with lower tier. Basically no athletes. Hit/miss open parties. Generally pretty friendly.
Bottom---
Beta, DTD, Rockledge, TKE, Acacia, KDR
-Sometimes mix with lower tier. Similar to lower tier, but they host smaller events. Also, pretty friendly groups.
Specialty Frats---
Seal & Serpent, AZ, ALM, SCD
-Either don't belong to the IFC or serve as special interest frats. No mixing, but they're content with doing their own thing.
