Relevant Ranks for 2020

People have preferences for different frats that may be in the same "tier". There are subtle differences between each level
Sig Chi
- Undisputed top house
DU | Sig Phi
- had good rushes and are below sig chi
AD | Sig Pi | Chi Phi
- AD and Sig Pi had a poor rush while Chi Phi pulled another 20 kid PC
Chi Psi
- really in a tier of its own just taking consistent solid classes
DX | TDX | Lambda
- frats that have built on poor past and rose up the ranks
Pi Kapp | Fiji
- mix well with mid tier srats but lose a lot of kids to frats above
ZBT | Pike
- ZBT does its own thing while Pike has been consistently taking big PC after big PC
PSK | Phi Tau | Sammy
- heavy cross rush between the 3 with PSK still ahead of the other 2 but all 3 have big ways together and with pike
No frats below this point really have sorority relations with any lower mid or mid srats and don't get invited to bigways.
