Yeah there is. Not everyone knows who the Phi Psi kids were. So if someone who does know them puts a bunch of their names here then they can be “exposed”. That way we know who’s wrecking everything

I’m not advocating name dropping but how could someone get a lawsuit for defamation when Antonio’s parents have a civil suit against phi psi detailing the dirty rush event and even has names listed in it?

But isn’t it not slander because there’s literally a civil lawsuit detailing the rush event and the family can prove what happened at that event based on accounts they got from freshman at the event? Once it was made public knowledge that the president tried to hide stuff from the cops, that opened the door to people trying to dox phi psi kids cause lying to cops is very scummy.
