Top 5 Physical Frat Houses

1. Alpha Delt— big, very expensive, generally accepted as the top physical house
2. Chi Psi — stately, large yard, good location, newly renovated
3. DKE — literally a castle, newly renovated, good location
4. Llenroc — also kind of looks like a castle, stately, massive yard
5. SAE — fancy gold lion statues, patina rood, big deck with a view of the lake, stately

Honorable mentions would be TDX and Beta

Sig Chi has a great property and house except that it’s falling apart. If they get a renovation they’ll be right there with SAE
