huh? speculation? phi psi was a top house for years, they got kicked off, and are now back. think that means they'll at least be above the hilarious assness that is chi psi

Not all Phi Psi guys will merge tho. That’s why I’m saying we have to wait to see what actually happens in the fall. There might not even be normal social events which would further impede Phi Psi’s comeback. Not to mention that they have a terrible reputation now
