DKE/PhiPsi top tier?

It's literally gonna be like a thumpty/sig nu mix, two halves of a frat that dont associate with each other. Also on the off chance dke inherits phi psi's srat relations i doubt they're gonna send many girls to mixers with only a handful of the guys they used to know, and a larger number of geeds passing for a frat. TL:DR-Good house doesnt make good frat

There aren’t even any original Thumpty guys left in TDX. Until all the current DKE brothers leave, their sorority relations will be pretty limited. Also only one of Sig Nu’s pledge classes and a very small handful of older guys actually joined TDX. Most guys decided to drop Greek life all together, and I assume the same would happen with Phi Psi guys that don’t want to be associated with current DKE members.

But you also have to recognize that phi psi is a better and bigger frat than Sig Nu was. They bring better sorority relations by a landslide and they have more guys. The TDX merger was fairly successfully and the PhiPsi dke merger will probably be even smoother of a transition

How could anyone say they are a better run org? They forgot to register half of their big ways for years before they got shut down and got a few other parties shut down (and let's not even talk about how careless they were with the infamous rush event)
