What’s mixing, formals schedule really like for girls in bottom tier?

Hasn't disappointed me yet tbh... 3 mixers a week with mid to low ranked houses that are all surprisingly fun actually. Also I see people go off in smaller groups and get in practically anywhere so it's not like their ranking matters if they're attractive
