the implications of your rankings

Id like to make everyone aware of the implications of their rankings. When a house gets less diverse and shoots up in rankings, or when a house diversifies and plummets downwards, there are serious racial implications of that.
Please be aware of how WOC and POC in general may feel when the “top houses” are exclusively white, and how other houses seem to fall when they finally get their act together and take a diverse PC. Not calling anyone out, but think about it for a minute. That’s all I ask.

This post is just bringing awareness because every other post talking about this issue on Greekrank has gotten deleted since a lot of ppl wanna pretend this problem doesn’t exist.
