when will cob info come out?

When is info on continuous bidding usually out? Is it done every year? Filled out form that I’d be interested but do I need to contact each house too?

My friend is in phi mu and she mentioned they’re doing cob so i guess try messaging them?

They'll probably send an email later this month. But keep in mind that just because a house is eligible for COB doesn't mean they're participating.
