quota was 32, but top houses get too many girls that pref them so they took more than that

quota was mid 30s. but quota doesn't have to do too much with COB because thats based on house total, so if youre interested in that make sure u tell panhel and dee hawks will send an email of which houses are participating. def not a no go on cob.. quota has more to do if houses can snap bid or not
