When does COB start? When can we contact houses?
If I wait and do COB next fall, can I live in a Sorority house next year?

You can only contact houses that are participating in informal recruitment, and you will get a list of those houses from panhel sometime after bid day. Also, definitely wouldn’t recommend waiting until the fall, because very few houses usually participate in COB in the spring, but even less will participate in the fall
