They literally have your address and both of your parents professions from the form you fill out when you rush... a google search and a Zillow check would give them average yearly income and a general assessment of net worth in five minutes.

They don’t care if you’re wealthy or not. But since most are, they mostly know wealthy people and it’s easier to get in when you know someone.
