lambda vs llenroc vs fiji
by: HotelieI got an early bid from Lambda tonight, and I got a bid from Llenroc at the end of last semester. I'm also still rushing Fiji and I think I have a decent shot of getting a bid there as well. What is my best option of the three?

Ultimately it's up to where you feel most comfortable, but here's some stuff to consider:::
1. Lambda is the sportiest, Llenroc is the wealthiest, and Fiji parties the hardest
2. Llenroc is unreognized, Lambda is about to get kicked off, and Fiji has issues with nationals but not the university
3. All three haze a ton, but Fiji's is probably the worst
4. Lambda and Llenroc can't officially mix (although they invite sororities over anyway), whereas Fiji can and has a good mixing schedule
5. Lambda and Llenroc are good sized, while Fiji is huge (~100 guys)

Fiji hazes the least? Is that some kind of sick joke? They might’ve stopped in the last year or two, but they were known for absolutely insane hazing just a couple years ago.

Never said Fiji hazed as hard as the Top houses. And the old houses (ATO, old ChiPsi, SAE) were apparently way more insane then anything right now.
But I know kids in Fiji, and they hazed hard. Fiji and Sammy have the worst haze-to-rank ratio (tons of hazing just to join a mid/lower-mid house).
ZBT isn’t that bad- heard it’s more time-consuming and annoying then actually bad.

Gotta be careful, no bid is a slam dunk, if you stop going to lambda and llenroc (i assume they're doing something this week) they might take away the early bid. Pursue fiji if you're certain you'll keep the bids you already have. I've seen it before where a kid got a bid early in rush week, stopped coming around and the frat actually took away the bid

I second this, my friend in lambda said they don't mind taking 5-10 kids this rush. They want kids who legitimately like the brotherhood and want to join. If you like the guys join, if not then you will probably get dropped. I recommend checking out Chi Psi and maybe underground DX too to get other options.
