do stats know the girls they want before rush starts?

I heard the at Mich the top sororities alrieady know girls they'd want already before rush starts. Is that true here too?

absolutely not true at all. if anything houses have a couple girls that some members know or have heard of, but its not a cornell thing.

not true at least for core four. they kinda know who they are taking with some exceptions p sure
