1. nice try sammy. llenroc’s house is old but it has a $100k chandelier and is a landmark bruh

3. DKE doesn’t mix with anyone so irrelevant along with Lambda who has been on indefinite suspension forever.

Beta should be on this list too. Even though they're irrelevant socially, their house is huge and they have a giant property. They also supposedly used to be a top frat so having an awesome physical house makes sense
