frat description

Someone was asking about short descriptions of some of the top frats so here you go:
top:
sig chi - considered top house, all the core four sororities are obsessed with them, classic public school fraternity vibe took the best pc last year
sig phi - mostly boarding school/prep school kids, smaller house known as soft but still clear number 2 on campus
the rest:
ad - mostly wealthy nyc and foreign kids, took a very weak pc last year and seem to be losing sorority relations outside of dg
du - southern fraternity vibe that people either seem to love or hate, lost rushes to phi psi and sig pi and ended up with a pc of like 7 but older guys keep them ahead
sig pi - tall, white, rich, finance-obsessed guys, have a few big darties and a nice roof deck but are not really involved in bigger campus wide events
phi psi - had a great year last year with a few big parties and got a solid pc but still considered below du and sig pi, the amount of time they spend on greekrank trying to boost status is also pretty embarassing

I feel like Sig Pi could rise past if they would diversify their PC and get some less douchey guys
