DX has been riding on rep for way too long. They've been slacking on mixers and opens the past couple years and the rankings are finally reflecting their current position on campus

APD and KA aren't recruiting in the spring, so while the national organization exists I'm pretty sure their chapters at Cornell are dormant.

They both rechartered a few years ago and are no longer dormant. They're active on campus, but are not very public about the recruiting process

Likewise, phi mu was still on the sorority lists when they didn't have a house last year. Gotta give these frats some respect, especially ALM which is 100% recruiting this spring

this was said perfectly, and when you think about it, DX doesn't even come close to what Sig Nu does. I've started to realize more and more that DX barely mixes with core four. In fact, they only had mixers with Kappa this fall, and have mixed primarily with Pi Phi, AEPhi, and KD. There opens were awful, and they are not invited to any of the big 4, 6, or 8 ways that happen on campus. The only 4 way they were invited to was with Phi Psi for Halloween and the only reason for that was because Alpha Delt was able to take all of the core four, Sig Chi, Sig Phi, and DU. Sig Pi wasn't invited because they already had their Halloween party earlier in the week, and Chi Phi and Sig Nu typically don't do big mixers. I think the way it stands right now, DX is on par with Chi Phi and Sig Nu and if they struggle to find a good PC in the spring, they will instantly fall down to Fiji/ZBT. At the moment they are playing on ice.

Of all the frats, DX is definitely on the biggest fall of late -- mainly cuz they think not trying at events makes them look cool

Kappa sig ain't bad. They're closer to lower, but not bottom. Decent frat overall, had a good pledge party last month and might actually be on the slight rise

Kappa Sig is an interesting frat. So they were able to start throwing parties at their house this semester and in previous semesters all of their parties were hosted at their annexes which which cramped, hot, and relatively bad. However, their house and pc party has shown that they can indeed throw big parties. As for brotherhood, they tend to give out bids to nearly everyone who shows the slightest of interest. This results in a wide array of brothers joining, from chill athletic guys who don't care too much about parties and reputation to weird and socially awkward dudes. In terms of mixers, they primarily mix with Phi Mu and Phi Sig and they were able to snag a few mixers with Alpha Chi and AZD this semester, along with a single mixer with KD and AEPhi. What this shows is that there mixing schedule is still very weak. Nonetheless, it is difficult to say that this frat is on the rise based on previous recruitment, as their last PC was okay. Their future rank will heavily depend on spring rush and if they continue to give bids to nearly everyone that drops by. They need more cohesion and a more unifying personality.

Drop lambda down to the phi tau tier. The current guys in the frat are alright, but the new pc is gonna be mediocre at best. Just no way they'll be able to compete this spring.

DX mixes like a mid tier frat. and it's not even that they choose to mix with mid tier sororitys, no upper sorority wanna mix with them
