What is necessary is a perfectly tailored small talk/conversation. Show how easy going and fun you are. They cut pretty hard if your small talk isn’t up to par. They like girls that decided to rush last minute. Theta rejects.

Delta Delta Delta - ΔΔΔ Sorority at Cornell University - CU 3.0 If you’re on the fence about rushing this is an awesome house, but if you’re rushing to get the stereotypical sorority experience you’d see in movies, you aren’t going to get that. Definitely some fantastic girls, the sorority has an edgy and boyish vibe at times. It’s very low commitment and laid back. This works for some people, not for others
