Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority at Cornell University - CU 3.2 With PC '16 they definitely appear to be on the rise. definitely not top tier and not very popular on campus, but have a lot of girls who do seem to like each other a lot and party hard. I do see them potentially becoming lower middle tier depending on how recruitment goes this semester for them.

Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority at Cornell University - CU 4.4 All the sisters in this sorority actually really like each other. You don't see that very often. And each PC just keeps getting better and better. PC 16 looks great, is super social, and seem to get along with each other really well. In my opinion, this sorority is coming up.
