Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.9 These guys have been absolutely killing it since Fetty. O-week was a blast every night. Only thing holding them up from being top tier is Kappa mixers.

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.9 In many ways, they've replaced Phi Psi's niche in greek life by hosting some of the more wild parties with strong turnout. They're also mixing with all the srats that Phi psi used to mix with. Not top tier, but very close.

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.9 They're definitely one of the better houses. They're tight with Chi Psi and Chi Phi, and they started mixing with DG and Theta this semester, which objectively puts them as an upper tier frat.
