Absolutely spectacular physical house and good location as well. Expect to rapidly rise in the ranks come fall.

DTD just a year or two ago also took a similar size PC, but they are still a rock bottom house. Has potential, but their greekrank grind is extremely misleading.

DKE already mixes better than DTD ever did, and DTD crossrushed with Beta, not Sammy. Very different frats.

Clearly I’m talking to a deke brother here. Sorry, but even AEPi is a better house than you guys. DKE mixes significantly less than DTD since coming back. DKE is still rock bottom no matter how much you post

DKE is lower mid and took a 25 man pc. DTD doesn’t mix at all and took a 3 man pc. AEPi mixes with PM and took a 2 man pc. Get your facts right.
