Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.9 Not a popular frat, except with SDT, but they're hard to get a bid from and still an upper tier house. Lots of Westchester guys and the house is somewhat isolated, which helps them throw bigger parties without noise complaints. Also overlooks the falls which is cool.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.4 Not the "frattiest" of houses, but known for a very strong brotherhood and decent relations, on par with DX, Chi Psi, etc. but mostly propped up by SDT and the occasional Kappa/Theta event. Still being carried by Loud Luxury, but was a very successful event.
