Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 Realistically still a c4 house but got wrecked in rush this year and they still can’t throw parties at their chapter house. Competing with du for bouse of c4- both are holding onto their annex’s for dear life- you’re not rushing sig chi you’re rushing 410

Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.5 So funny on this site how one fraternity is trying to bash another with BS comments, right before rush. SX is a great house (which they own, important to ask if a house is leased or owned). There are many other fantastic houses too. Tons of fun with these whole system. If you are rushing, ignore the comments which are meant to scare you off. Instead, ask girls/guys, juniors/seniors what they really think and to help guide you to the right fit.

So funny on this site how one fraternity is trying to bash another with BS comments, right before rush. SX is a great house (which they own, important to ask if a house is leased or owned).
