Sigma Alpha Mu - ΣΑΜ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 they were lower mid with an amazing house they didn't deserve. now they have the old phi mu house (a srat that's no longer on campus) and will be even less relevant (if you can believe that)

Sigma Alpha Mu - ΣΑΜ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 Bunch of weird guys with literally zero social life. They were a lower mid house before getting kicked off and will certainly be lower now. They grind on this site to get a reputation; dont let that fool you. Not to mention that they now have the single worst physical house of any fraternity on campus.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Sigma Alpha Mu - ΣΑΜ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.4 Probably the most ready-to-go frat of the ones returning. Yes, the new house is major step down from Hillcrest, but at least they'll have immediate housing and party space. They also still have relations with AEPhi, so they'll be mixing right away. That said, they were borderline mid before getting suspended, so the chapter has a lot of work to do regardless. Not a bad option for frosh that don't get into the C4 mids, especially if they can get the PhiPsi house in a couple years.

Sigma Alpha Mu - ΣΑΜ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.5 before they got the boot, they used to host bigways and multis in the SAE house with a bunch of frats and sororities. the SAE house was a big boost for the boys. dont know if the older classes are operating but theyre starting over in the fall. no house yet. if youre looking to join and help start a new frat, sae is probably a great option due to their house or just join an already established one. however if the older sammy pcs are going to be at work then the house might have a bright future
