Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.7 This frat getting a lot of hate recently which I think is misplaced. The drop off in quality between their senior class and other classes is not as big as people make it seem. Yes, this frat is not as great as it once was. Will it become a C4 mid? Hell no. Great location, great house, and chill guys keep this house as an upper tier.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.0 Just graduated nearly half the house: 34 kids. Last 2 rush cycles have been bad (low numbers, not quality). Will need to get ~22 kids this year to stay up or only mix in big ways

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 In many respects, the Sig Pi's are much like the Pikes. The primary difference is the Sig Pi's are pretty unsure of themselves so they are not as obtrusive with their disgusting behavior.
