Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.2 They are not at the top of mid, nor are they rising. These are things that literally only pikapp would ever think. The rest of the Greek community would laugh at this. The only reason they would say not to rush the other mid houses is because they know that rushes would go to these houses over them because even they know they aren't it
