Mid-tier frat that has a rep of being really nice guys but a little bland. Had a great rush this year though, and pulled some awesome guys. Also getting funding from nationals to help renovate and expand the house over the next couple years. Debatably top of mid now, and if they keep good momentum and have consistent support from nationals, could be moving up soon.

One of the houses I would expect to be wiped off the map socially in 1-2 years based on current trajectory. I feel like in general kids only join pike when three can’t get any other bids

Pike is a solid house on campus. Well respected and relatively unproblematic. Average mixing schedule with mostly KD and Aephi. Good house to consider during rush.

Don’t listen to the grinders below. They’re probably in phi tau or pikapp. Pike is consensus top of mid. Largest ifc brotherhood that is also extremely tight. Invited to multiways by all the mids and even upper mid (lambda etc). Join for a chill experience

their parties have taken a sharp decline and are only getting worse. pretty terrible cohesion among the brothers, partly between sophomores and upperclassmen, but also between the super nerdy guys and the small group of actual cool dudes. join if you want to find out why so many upperclassmen drop lol

Took a great 20-man PC this spring. They mix mainly with KD, AEPhi, PiPhi. Heard they’re also renovating the house, expanding the basement and adding a patio, both of which will hopefully lead to better parties. I’m in another frat that often hangs out with these guys but excited to see what the future holds for them.
