Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.4 Mixes well with middle tier sororities and some of core 4. If you fit the long island/Westchester/new jersey mold then it'll be pretty easy for you to get a bid. They're Spring and Fall PC 16 were neither impressive nor disappointing. They seem to always pick up a few cool kids in each PC but then drop the ball on the other few. It's generally hard to pick on them but also hard to praise them. Your slightly above average frat that guarantees you the basic social rights at Cornell.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.6 their past 2 pc's have been full of great kids and the kids they've gotten so far this year are solid. a ton of kids in the past 2 pc's have passed up "top tier" bids and its obvious they are on another level when it comes to brotherhood, great house and excited for their future

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 5.0 This house used to be on the decline, but now it is easily one of the top frats on campus. Really awesome brothers who just like to have a good time (and good looking ones too) make this place so fun to go to. They are great to mix with.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 I really have only gone to this house with a select few group of girls in my sorority a couple of times and I don't understand their appeal whatsoever. They are nice but can make girls feel extremely uncomfortable with their creepiness. I have a few friends in the house and they don't really seem to enjoy it.
